When an E-mail arrives, Documentation Section will first receive it, and print the message of the E-mail, paste barcode on the printout for further control. Then distribute it to related office, where the answer is to be drafted or to be transferred, or its request is to be approved or disapproved before it is returned back to the Documentation Section, where the E-mail will be answered, and then put on file.
