29. How should the insured units do if they do not receive the insurance premium paying-in slips on time?

The Bureau of Labor Insurance regularly mail the insurance premium paying-in slips of insurance premium payable for last month to the insured units before the 25th day of each month. If the insured units do not receive the slips by the end of the month, please phone (02-23961266 ext 3111) before the 5th day of the next month or ask the Bureau to reissue the slips with written notice. The Insured unit could also use the voice answering hotline, 412-1111 ext 123#, to ask for reissuing the paying-in slips or go to the Bureau’s website (https://www.bli.gov.tw) and click the insurance premium inquiry and slips reissuing under Service section and directly print the insurance premium paying-in slips.
