The ratification of the Labor Insurance Salary Grades Table will be in effect by the decree of the Council of Labor Affairs, Executive Yuan from July 1st, 2006. Of the 23 grades of the newly revised table, the sum of the 1st to the 22nd grades remains unchanged whereas the upper limit sum of the new added 23rd grade raises to N.T.$43,900.
The insuring units please fill either the 3 in 1 salary adjust form of the Labor Insurance, Health Insurance and Labor Pension or the 2 in 1 form of the Labor Insurance and Pension for the insured person with salary over N.T.$ 42,000 (the units only attending the Employment Insurance please fill the 2 in 1 form of the Labor and Employment Insurance), and send it to the Bureau of Labor Insurance before June 30th, 2006, so the adjustment can take effect timely at July 1st,2006.

For the insured occupation training organization's trainee, child labor, and part-time worker with wages lower than basic wage, the monthly insurance salary are divided into three grades as below: N.T.$11,100 (below N.T.11,100 ),N.T.$12,300 (N.T.$11,101-12,300 ), and N.T.$13,500 (N.T.$12,301-13,500), insured persons, age over 16 , whose declaration shall be made according to the applicable grade of the table.
