The insured units may inquire on or download labor-insurance related information from the BLI website with ease.

If an insured unit needs to check any labor-insurance related information from the BLI to meet its business requirements, they may, whenever necessary, inquire on or download such information through the “e-Service System” of the BLI’s website as long as they have applied for an organizational account under BLI’s e-Services System. This saves the time needed for mailing or delivery of the documents.

To access to the online inquiry and download functions of the BLI’s e-Service System, the insured unit only needs to register an organizational account with the e-Service System using its organization certificate or citizen digital certificate, in the meantime complete the access authorization procedures through the “Certificate Registration and Access Authorization” function.

The BLI’s e-Service System supports the inquiry and download of various information, including the basic information of the insured units; name list of the insureds, fee calculation record, enrollment record and premium record thereof; reproduction of payment slips; statistics on the number of insured persons at the month end; and benefit payment information. The insured units, in addition, may also apply for e-Statements through the e-Service System, which will be distributed by the BLI to the specified e-mailbox around the 21st day of each month. The BLI encourages all insured units to make good use of the services, which are convenient, quick and safe, and saves the efforts for transportation.
