No. Since the New Labor Pension System is only apply to the Taiwanese citizens, foreign spouses, spouses from Mainland China, Hong Kong, or Macau, foreign nationals who have obtained permanent residence, foreign professionals, and foreign specialist professionals subject to Labor Standards Act, so a company shall not contribute labor pension for the foreign labors other than the above hired by the company under the new labor pension system.
