10. Whether a company could contribute pension for employee in probation period?

According to Labor Standards Act, the definition of “Labor” means people who are hired by an employer to work and obtain wages. During a labor’s probation period, if the labor has provided laboring service and receives salary compensation, then there is an employer-employee relationship between the labor and the company so it has met the definition of “labor”. Hence, the employer should contribute labor pension for the labor according to regulations.
