5. What content could one inquire through Labor Protection Card and Chunghwa bank card?
- Using the labor protection card and Chunghwa bank card, you can search for the following information:
(1) Content of individual labor pension account, including the name of contributing unit, transaction time, amount of employer contribution, amount of personal voluntary contribution, benefit distributed, and total accumulated pension.
(2) Labor insurance information, including insurance enrollment, insurance withdrawal, adjustment to insured salary, and accumulated insurance coverage seniority.
- Because of the limited length of the detail transaction ATM sheet, six latest transactions in the pension account and labor insurance information could be enquired.
Note: Those who have applied for the labor protection card before July 1, 2006 must sign a written consent with the original card-issuing bank, agreeing to let the Bureau of Labor Insurance provide labor insurance information to the bank so that users can enquire their labor insurance information through the ATM of the card-issuing bank.
