10.Are there any administrative remedial measures if the applicant is not satisfied with the decisions made by the Bureau of Labor Insurance with regard to the wage arrears payment?

If the applicant is not satisfied with the review results advised by the Bureau of Labor Insurance, he/she may, within 30 days after receiving the advice, fill in an appeal letter and attach a copy of the advice as well as other supporting documents. The appeal shall be submitted to the Ministry of Labor through the Bureau of Labor Insurance.
