5. If one disagrees with a National Pension Program case result previously approved by the Bureau of Labor Insurance, is there any channel for administrative relief?
If the insured person and beneficiaries disagree with the results previously approved by the Bureau of Labor Insurance, the insured citizen and the beneficiary should file for reexamination within 60 days, starting from the day after receiving the notification documents, and fill out the National Pension Disputed Matters Reexamination Application Form and enclose the photocopy of original notification letter and other related certificates. Then the Bureau of Labor Insurance will send the related documents and information to the National Pension supervisory committee in the Ministry of Health and Welfare and apply for examination.
