6. What is the difference between “Disability Pension Payments” and “Disability Basic Guaranteed Pension Payments”?

The applicable targets are different and it is described as follows:

"Disability Basic Guaranteed Pension Payments": It is the benefit and payment paid to persons who suffered from injury or diseases before they enrolled in the National Pension Insurance Program and hold severe or extremely severe disability manual and has been diagnosed as "no capability to work” by a hospital or a clinic, and when there is no excluding regulations for such claiming such payment for the insured persons.
