The survivors according to the order of recipients are Spouse and Children (First in the line), Parents (Second in the line), Grandparents (Third in the line), Grandchildren (Forth in the line) or Brothers and Sisters (Fifth in the line). When the survivors having higher order exist, even if they are not qualified or give up claiming the benefit, the survivors having lower order still cannot claim for the benefit.
