10. In the event of an insured person is dead and the survivor in line has not reached the age limit for claiming survivor pension payments, is the qualification for claiming the benefit completed lost?

If at the time of the insured person's death, the survivor on order in line has not met the age limit for claiming survivor pension payments, he/she could file application for the pension after he/she reaches the age limit, there is no time limit for this. For example, a husband is dead and his spouse is only 50 years old with no child, and she has job with higher salary so she could not claim the survivor pension payments, she could wait until she is 55 years old to file the application for survivor pension payments after she meets the standard.
