For people who do not have household registration in Taiwan, they could claim and apply for old-age pension payments, maternity benefits, disability pension payments, survivor pension payments and funeral benefits as long as they meet the requirement but they could not claim and apply for old-age basic guaranteed payments, disability basic guaranteed payments and indigenous people payments.
