If the insured person receives “permanent incapacity to work” disability benefits at the conclusion of injury and/or sickness treatment, he or she may no longer apply for injury and sickness benefits. However, if the insured person is “currently enrolled in insurance” after receiving disability benefits and is required to undergo treatment due to the injury or sickness (limited to hospitalized treatment for ordinary injury or sickness; and to hospitalization or outpatient treatment for occupational injury or sickness) and is unable to work and unable to receive regular salary or wages, then he or she may continue to apply for injury and sickness benefits.
