Simultaneous Business Registration and Labor Insurance Enrollment - The "One-Stop Online Company/Business Registration System" Has Been Formally Launched

Pursuant to existing regulations, newly established business entities should first apply for business registration from the proper authority before they apply to enroll in the labor insurance system. After they have obtained approval, they may submit the application documents in writing to the Bureau of Labor Insurance, which includes the Labor (Employment) Insurance/Labor Pension Enrollment Application Form, Insurance Coverage Application Form, business registration certificates and a photocopy of the responsible person's ID card (both sides).

With immediate effect, companies that have hired employees at the time of business registration may apply for company/business registration and labor (employment) insurance/labor pension enrollment simultaneously through the "One-Stop Online Company/Business Registration System" (http://onestop.nat.gov.tw/.) And they can apply for insurance coverage for their employees at the same time. The new policy provides additional protection to both the employers and employees.

Applications can be completed easily through the user-friendly online system, which is user-friendly. To simultaneously apply for the company/business registration and labor (employment) insurance/labor pension enrollment, the applicant simply needs to access to the "One-Stop Online Company/Business Registration System" (http://onestop.nat.gov.tw/) and select the services they require. Once the applicant has successfully input all application information through the online system, they should submit the photocopy of the responsible person's ID card (both sides) and other application documents to the Bureau of Labor Insurance. They can either mail the documents, or upload the files using the Natural Person ID Certificate of the responsible person. The enrollment procedures are completed once the documents have been approved by the Bureau of Labor Insurance. If there are any questions, please check the "Labor Insurance Q&A - One-Stop Online Company/Business Registration System".
