20. Upon undergoing the individualized professional assessment, will an individualized be eligible to collect the pension by month?

Not necessarily.

Upon undergoing the individualized professional assessment, an individual also needs to concurrently conform to the following 3 critical elements in order to be eligible to collect the pension payout, or else the insured person has claimed of the disability benefits will be released in the lump-sum disability benefits:
(1) An individual’s overall disability level has reached the disability payout standard levels 1 to 7.
(2) An individual undergoing the individualized professional assessment has found the loss/diminished of working capability to be at 70% or higher.
(3) An individual is unable to return to the workplace due to disability.
