4. Under which circumstance, the applicant may not claim unemployment benefits?

  1. The applicant refuses a job placement or vocational training organized by the Public Employment Service Institution without justified reason.
     
  2. The applicant takes other job during unemployment, and receives monthly wage income exceeding the minimum wage.
     
  3. The applicant claiming labor insurance injury and sickness benefits, vocational training living allowances, temporary work allowances, interest subsidy for business start-up loan or other related employment development awards, may not claim unemployment benefits while receiving the related award.
