2. Who can open a designated employment insurance account?

When the insured person applies for employment insurance benefits, but they does not have a regular bank account into which the benefits can be deposited, the insured person can apply for a designated employment insurance account to the specific financial institution with the appropriate document issued by Bureau of Labor Insurance.
