10. Further to the previous question, how do I know if my labor insurance pension payments have been adjusted and by how much? Will the Bureau of Labor Insurance notify me via written notice?

Your account will be credited with the labor insurance pension payment by end of June 2017. You may update your passbook then and access to the relevant information. The labor insurance pension payment for May 2017 will be divided into 2 separate entries when paid at the end of June, including the original payment of NT$20,000 and an additional payment of NT$1,020 calculated on basis of the 5.10% CPI accumulated growth rate (In the passbook, the description for the entry will be "CPI Adjustment"). Starting from July and onwards, only a single credit entry will be shown on the passbook. To support the government policies for energy saving and carbon reduction and to avoid the waste of administrative resources, the Ministry of Labor has announced the adjustment of the labor insurance pension payment to the public. No other forms of written notice will be issued by the Bureau of Labor Insurance.
