4. Who may claim the labor pension of the deceased worker? What are the orders of survivors? Can worker designate a claimant other than survivors to claim the labor pension?

  1. The labor pension should be claimed by the survivors in preceding order; however, if a living will is made to designate a claimant for the pension, it should be claimed by the designated claimant.
     
  2. The orders of survivors who may claim for the pension are as follows: 1. Spouse and children, 2. Parents, 3. Grandparents, 4. Grandchildren, 5. Brothers and Sisters.
