3. Will there be any adjustment to the labor insurance pension payment in 2017? In which month will the adjustment become effective?

In 2017, an adjustment will be made for those who started to receive labor insurance pension payments in 2011. Individuals who started to receive labor insurance pension payments in 2011 and are still eligible for the benefit will be receiving the annuity increments from May 2017, because the CPI accumulated growth rate up to the year 2016 has exceeded the statutory threshold of 5% and now stands at 5.10%. For recipients starting to receive the labor insurance pension payment in a different year, no adjustment will be made since the CPI accumulated growth rate has not yet reached 5%.
