6. For insured persons who have resigned and claimed old-age benefits, could they claim unemployment benefits or vocational training living allowances?

Unemployment benefits and vocational training living allowances are aimed at protecting the living of the insured person during the unemployed period or the period of in vocational training. For those who have already claimed old-age benefits, because they are already retired, based on the principle of no double protection for social insurance, unemployment benefits and the vocational training living allowances shall not be issued.
