If the head office is directly affiliated with its branch companies (factories), and each of them holds registration documents issued by the competent authority of the target business, and then the branch company (factory) can independently establish an insured unit for handling insurance applications. If the branch company (factory) did not independently establish a labor insurance insured unit, then its employees can be uniformly insured by the head office.
