17. How should we handle labor insurance when we intend to dispatch our employees to serve at our overseas branch companies?

According to regulations, insured persons who are dispatched overseas for inspection, study, and service provision purposes, may continue to participate in labor insurance. Therefore, if employees are dispatched by their service unit to conduct inspection, study, or provide services overseas, and still hold employment relationship with the original unit, they may continue to participate in labor insurance with the original unit.
