37. What are the penalties imposed on insured units that fail to comply with regulations, enroll their employees in labor insurance, under-declares employees' insurance salary, or fail to pay their employees' insurance premium?

  1. If insured units fail to enroll employee in labor insurance, they shall be fined a sum four times the insurance premium for the period from the day of employment to the day before insurance enrollment or the day of employee resignation.
     
  2. Insured units that declare the insurance salary more or less than the actual amount shall be fined a sum four times the insurance premium amount of the period commencing from occurrence of the action, and the loss caused by this to the employees shall be compensated by the insured unit.
     
  3. Insured units that fail to comply with regulations and pay for employees' insurance premium, which causes the insured person having to pay for oneself, shall be fined a sum two times the insurance premium. The insured unit shall reimburse the insured person for the insurance premium paid.
