Labor insurance enrollment and withdraw adopts a reporting system, in which the insured units help insured persons to apply for insurance enrollment and withdraw. The Bureau registers the information provided by the insured unit. Therefore, if the insured unit failed to comply with regulations and apply for insurance enrollment or withdraw on the day of employment or resignation, then the labor service seniority would be inconsistent with the labor insurance seniority.
