16. When do the insured persons and insured units, who participate in labor insurance as members of occupational union or Class A member of fishermen’s association pay for their monthly insurance premium?

Insured persons who participate in labor insurance under the identity of members of occupational union or Class A member of fishermen association shall pay the insurance premium shouldered by the insured persons every month to the insured unit they belong before the end of the next month. The insured units shall then pay the Bureau of Labor Insurance before the following month of the next month mentioned above. For example, the insurance premium for January 2011, the insured person should pay to his/her insured unit by the end of February, 2011 and the insured unit should pay to the Bureau of Labor Insurance by the end of March, 2011.
