Benefit Standard:
Distributed for outpatient, emergency, or hospitalization expenses that shall be borne by the National Health Insurance Act.
Documents Required:
- Occupational disease medical care subsidy application form and receipt of the distribution.
- Occupational illness diagnosis certificate.
- Receipts of medical expenses and details of the fees collected.
- Occupational Disease Records Report for Occupational Accident Insurance.
