2. Are the regulations on adjustment of levels of salary for labor occupational accident insurance different from those for labor/employment insurance?

The rules for adjustment of levels of salary for labor occupational accident insurance are the same as those for labor/employment insurance, that is, if the salary of the insured person is adjusted between February and July of a year, the insured unit shall notify the insurer of the new monthly insured salary by the end of August of the same year. If the adjustment is made between August of a year and January of the following year, the insurer shall be notified by the end of February of the following year. Such adjustment takes effect from the first day of the month following the notice.
