3. After the labor occupational accident insurance is launched on May 1, 2022, how will the annual actual performance fee rate be implemented?

Based on the provisions of Article 13 of the Regulations Governing Implementation of Labor Insurance Experience Rates for Occupational Accidents, from May 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022, the actual performance fee rate of the insured unit shall be based on the rate for labor insurance occupational accidents notified by the Bureau in 2022. Hence, the actual performance fee rate calculated in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Occupational Accident Insurance and Protection Act will be fully implemented from 2023.
