1. What is the penalty for late declaration or omission of declaration of employees' application for labor occupational accident occupational accident insurance?

If the insured unit fails to apply for labor occupational accident occupational accident insurance on the day when the employee arrives for the job, a fine of NTD20,000 to NTD100,000 will be imposed, and such failure shall be corrected within a time limit (i.e. declaring that the in-service employee is insured), penalties for correction of failure within a specified period may be imposed, and the violation of the insured unit shall be announced to the public as the reputational penalties (Article 96, Paragraph 1 of Article 99, and Paragraph 1 of Article 100 of the Labor Occupational Accident Insurance and Protection Act). In addition, those who violate the relevant provisions of the Labor Insurance Act and the Employment Insurance Act will be fined according to the provisions of the respective laws and regulations.
