If the insured person receives “permanent incapacity to work” Permanent Disability Benefits from labor occupational accident insurance at the conclusion of injury or sickness treatment, he/she may no longer apply for Injury or Sickness Benefit. However, if the insured person is “currently enrolled in insurance” after receiving Permanent Disability Benefits from labor occupational accident insurance and is required to undergo treatment due to the injury or sickness (hospitalization or outpatient treatment) and is unable to work and unable to receive regular salary or wages, then he/she may continue to apply for Injury or Sickness Benefits from labor occupational accident insurance.
