11. What to do if some of the surviving family members of the same priority want to receive the pension while some want the allowance?
The Bureau will notify the applicant in writing to complete the agreement within 30 days; if the agreement is not completed, the Bureau will pay the survivor pension in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Article 53 of the Labor Occupational Accident Insurance and Protection Act.
