Article 7 of the Labor Pension Act, those employers who actually perform the work, the self-employed operators, the commissioned workers, and those workers who are not subject to the Labor Standards Act may make voluntary contributions and claim a pension pursuant to this Act. Besides, workers who under the old labor pension system may also make voluntary contributions and claim a pension pursuant to this Act.
