53. Whether the foreign family servants and caretakers enroll in Labor Insurance with the business units operated by the employers?
When foreign family servants and caretakers hired with the approval from Ministry of Labor voluntarily participate and enroll in labor insurance shall use their employers (natural person) as insured unit to enroll in the insurance and they shall not enroll in the insurance as the employees of the business operated by the employer.
