27. Could the foreign labors apply for the premium refund when he (she) goes back to home country after completed the work contract?

The foreign labors should apply for enrolling in the insurance coverage on the date he (she) was on duty and apply for the insurance withdrawal on the date he (she) was out of the duty. The insured unit should deduct, collect the premium which should be burdened by the foreign labor and turn it over to the Bureau of Labor Insurance along with the premium which should burdened by the insured unit before the end of next month. The foreign labor has the right to receive the benefits and support related to the insurance in the period that the insurance is in effect and the insured unit can not apply for the premium refund with the reason of the foreign labor has backed home country after completed the work contract and has never received any benefits within the insurance effective period.
