4. If a husband is covered by Labor Insurance but the wife is not covered by labor insurance, could she claim for maternity benefits?

After the implementation of National Health Insurance Program on March 1, 1995, the original delivery expense in labor insurance is changed to be paid by National Health Insurance Administration as medical care benefits and the Bureau of Labor Insurance no longer pay the expense. Hence, only the insured female may claim maternity benefits.
