13. Should an insured person withdraw from labor insurance coverage after applying and received disability benefits?

If the insured person has claimed disability benefits according to the disability items which marked "permanent inability to work “as disability status in Disability Conditions column of the “Attachment of the Labor Insurance Disability Benefit Payment Standards”, or an insured upon undergoing the individualized professional assessment as loss of lifetime working capability who claims the “disability pension payment” , the Bureau of Labor Insurance will directly terminate the insurance coverage from the date the insured person is actually diagnosed as permanently disabled.
