2. May the insured person belonging to a general insured unit apply for reissuing proof of payment to the Bureau?

If an insured unit deducts or collects insurance premium paid by the insured person according to regulations, it should make a remark on the insured person’s salary receipt or issue a receipt for the insurance premium. Instead of applying to the Bureau, insured person belonging to a general insured unit should apply to his/her unit for proof of payment when in the circumstance of filing individual income tax.
