13. Whether the contracted personnel in public agencies are the targets applicable to Labor Standards Act? Whether labor pension should be contributed under new labor pension system?

The so-called contracted personnel means people hired according to “Regulations for employing contracted personnel” and “Executive Yuan and Subordinate Agencies Contracted-Employment Regulations” and currently they do not apply to Labor Standards Act and has already allocated severance reserve monthly according to “Rules for issuing severance reserve for contracted personnel in public agencies and schools” so it has no need to contribute pension for the contracted personnel under new Labor Pension System.
