Please apply for the monthly allocation of employees’ wages for the payment of labor pension according to the newly amended “Monthly Contribution Wages Grading Table of Labor Pension” from July 1st, 2013.

In order to fit the adjustment of basic wages for the amendment of “the Monthly Contribution Wages Grading Table of Labor Pension”, Council of Labor Affairs, Executive Yuan has issued an order as announced on May 13th, 2013 and put it into force from July 1st, 2013. The newly amended grading table has added the new wage level NT$19,047 but deleted NT$18,780. Other levels for monthly contribution wages are the same as before and maintain 62 levels.

The Bureau must remind all applicants that the level NT$ 19,047 for the monthly contribution wage is applicable to all laborers over 16 years old (except laborers for part time work) from July 1st, 2013. If any applicant is found to allocate monthly wages for labor pension or monthly wages adjustment for laborers over 16 years old (except laborers for part time work) based on wages lower than NT$19,047, the Bureau shall directly amend it to NT$19,047 as basic monthly contribution wage of the labor pension from the date of allocation or the effective date of the monthly contribution wage adjustment.

Additionally, if the laborer’s actual wage is NT$ 18,781~19,047 that applicable to the monthly contribution wage grading table at level NT$19,200 before amendment, please fill in the 3-in-1 Insured Salary Adjustment Application Form for Labor (National Health) Insurance and Labor Pension from June 1st to 30th, 2013 to apply for an adjustment of NT$19,047, and effective from July 1st, 2013 (late application for adjustment by the end June, 2013 will be effective from the 1st day of the next month of application).

In light of level NT$ 18,780 which has been deleted from the Monthly Contribution Wages Grading Table of the Labor Pension, the Bureau will directly adjust the monthly wages for those personnel and children of laborers who engage in part time work to level NT$19,047 from the original monthly wage at level NT$18,780 allocated by the applicants, and adjust it as a basic monthly contribution wage of labor pension from that day on July 1st, 2013. Detailed information of such personnel for direct adjustment will be printed on the labor pension payment bill for labor pension calculation roster on July, 2013 (will be sent before Aug. 25th, 2013). Please carefully check after receipt of it, and respond any discrepancy before payment deadline as early as possible, if any.

Please visit the Global Web of the Bureau to browse or download the newly amended “Monthly Contribution Wages Grading Table of Labor Pension”. Please refer to the back of the payment bill for labor pension on Apr. 2013 (sent by May 25th, 2013) to know the relevant notes when applicants apply for the monthly allocation of employees’ wages for the payment of labor pension.
