The individualized professional assessment mechanism’s induction date is by August 13, 2013.
Individuals who have already filed for the disability benefits prior to August 12, 2013 and have also been approved and paid by the Bureau of Labor Insurance with account remittance, due to the no-retroactive legal principal, may not change to collecting the pension payout.
