Certification by Healthcare Certification Authority (HCA) has been added to our e-service system recently. With a certificate issued by HCA and a Citizen Digital Certificate, any insured unit may conduct the “Operations of On-line Filing and Searching by Insured Units” right after completing the procedure of “Registration by Certificate(s) and Assignment.”
