Announcement: The Payment Standard for the Newly Added Urine Test for Inorganic Arsenic on the Labor Insurance Occupational Disease Prevention Health Checkup List was effective as of January 1, 2014.

The Urine Test for Inorganic Arsenic has recently been added to Schedule 12 under Article 13 of the Workers’ Health Protection Regulation, which is a special test item for workers engaged in the processing of arsenic and its compounds. The payment standard for this test is 1,200 points (equivalent to NT$1,200), and the Physician’s Order Code is 01076B. The test report should show the Total Value of Inorganic Arsenic in Urine (the total value of Trivalent arsenic, Pentavalent Arsenic, MMA, DMA, and Creatinine).
