5. After the implementation of the labor insurance pension policy, can I still claim a one-time payment?

Yes, if you had paid premiums for some time before the pension policy took effect, you will not lose your original labor insurance benefits at all. You or your survivors can still choose between monthly pension payments and a one-time payment while applying for old-age benefit, disability benefit, or death benefit.
