10. If an insured person gives a stillbirth or if her fetus or baby dies in her womb, can she claim a funeral grant for death of a family member?

Since what is issued by the hospital is a certificate of stillbirth, which means “the baby is dead at birth.” It does not die after birth, so no funeral grant for death of a family member shall be claimed.
