6. Can the company withdraw insurance if it will close down soon, and only one responsible person remains to handle related matters?

If an insured unit will be closing down soon and did not continue to hire employees, please complete the labor insurance withdraw form and submit it to the Bureau of Labor Insurance for withdraw handling. When all employees have resigned and withdrew from insurance, leaving only one responsible person in charge of handling related matters, the responsible person no longer assumes the role of an employer and thus may apply to withdraw one's insurance.
