12. Can I enroll in labor insurance if I turn 65 years old this year?

According to regulations, laborers who joined labor insurance for the first time may not be over the age of 65 years. However, if insured persons who had enrolled in labor insurance resigned and withdrew from insurance, and did not claim their old-age benefits before turning 65, but started working again after they turned 65 years old, and then they may be insured by the insured unit to which they belong.
