19. Should our company's consultant participate in labor insurance?

If the consultant has an employment relationship with the company, works in the company, and earns a salary from the company, the company shall enroll the consultant in labor insurance. If the consultant has no employment relationship with the company and merely receives reimbursements for transportation, according to regulations, the consultant may not participate in labor insurance and should withdraw from insurance immediately.
