40. If an insured person is transferred within the insured unit, how should the insured unit use the insurance transfer data sheet to enroll or withdraw employees' insurance?

When an insured person is being transferred within one's insured unit, insurance transfer may be applied for. The transferring-out unit shall complete the insurance transfer data sheet and submit it to the transferring-in unit, which then completes the sheet and sends it to the Bureau for processing. The insurance premium of the transferring-out unit (insurance withdrawal) is calculated up to the day before transferring out (insurance withdrawal). The insurance premium of the transferring-in unit (insurance enrollment) is calculated starting from the day of enrollment, and the transferring-out unit shall not be charged starting from the day the insured person has been transferred out.
